Job Summary

Helping patients navigate their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in problem-solving conversations, manage a high volume of calls, and document interactions while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist patients in understanding their accounts and provide suitable payment options
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently while meeting performance goals

Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in call center, customer service, billing, or collections

  • Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
