Job Summary
Helping patients navigate their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in inbound and outbound calls to clarify account details and offer payment solutions while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients in understanding their accounts and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage a high volume of calls and accurately document interactions in the system
- Achieve performance goals with ongoing support and coaching
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections role
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations effectively
- A reliable and detail-oriented work style
- Must reside in specific states (FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA)
