Job Summary

Helping patients navigate their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in problem-solving conversations and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist patients in understanding their accounts and offer appropriate payment options
  • Document interactions accurately in the system and meet performance goals
  • Provide empathetic support during sensitive conversations with patients
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
  • Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations effectively
  • A reliable and detail-oriented work style
  • Must reside in FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
