Job Summary
To support patients in understanding their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in high-volume calls, provide payment solutions, and document interactions while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients in understanding their accounts and offer appropriate payment options
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Accurately document all interactions and meet performance goals with provided support
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred

- A reliable and detail-oriented work style
- Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
