Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Account Representative will assist patients in understanding their accounts and finding solutions while managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with patients to explain account details and offer payment solutions
- Document interactions accurately in the system while meeting performance goals
- Provide empathetic support during sensitive conversations regarding financial responsibilities
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections role
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Proven ability to build trust and navigate sensitive conversations
- A reliable and detail-oriented work style
- Must reside in specific states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
