Job Summary
To support patients in understanding their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in inbound and outbound calls, provide payment options, and document interactions while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients in understanding their accounts and offer suitable payment solutions
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to resolve account issues
- Accurately document all interactions in the company's systems and meet performance goals
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
