Job Summary
To support patients in understanding their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in high-volume inbound and outbound calls, offering payment solutions and documenting interactions while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients in understanding their accounts and provide payment options
- Handle a high volume of calls and accurately document all interactions
- Meet performance goals with ongoing support and coaching
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- Ability to build trust and navigate sensitive conversations
- A reliable and detail-oriented work style
- Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
