Job Summary
A specialty fashion retailer is in need of a Remote Account Service Specialist Collector in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner while following established credit procedures
- Solve problems quickly and create resolutions that bring in revenue on a regular basis
- Negotiate, collect, and resolve accounts using a consultative approach to encourage future card usage
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ months in customer service or collection-related experience
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Initiative and creativity to find solutions to complex problems
- Ability to work with integrity and respect confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
