A privately-held web design and development consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Account Strategy Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in recruiting, interviewing, and vetting team talent to support continued discipline scaling / maturation
- Understanding team and production success metrics
- Building and maintaining positive, mutually beneficial relationships with client partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Have experience as an Account Management or Project Management leader in a digital agency environment
- Have experience managing and mentoring direct reports and/or coaching team members
- Have a strong familiarity with the WordPress and web development ecosystem
