A privately-held web design and development consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Account Strategy Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Participating in recruiting, interviewing, and vetting team talent to support continued discipline scaling / maturation
• Understanding team and production success metrics
• Building and maintaining positive, mutually beneficial relationships with client partners

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Have experience as an Account Management or Project Management leader in a digital agency environment
• Have experience managing and mentoring direct reports and/or coaching team members
• Have a strong familiarity with the WordPress and web development ecosystem
