Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Learning core coaching competencies through your training
- Motivating, empathizing, and guiding members through 52-week structured intensive-lifestyle intervention program
- Personalizing the program for each member by setting relevant, achievable, incremental goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Coaching experience
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Ability to effectively work remotely having strong computer skills and ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
- Internet speed of 50 mbps for upload and download speeds
- Flexible, adaptable and self motivated
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
