Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare system is filling a position for a Remote Accountable Care Organization Quality Performance Manager in Bedford.
Must be able to:
- Provide expertise to implement, improve and measure projects that enable the ACO quality programs to meet and exceed targets
- Facilitate collaboration between clinical staff, Information Technology, Health Information Management Services and external organizations
- Work efficiently and effectively with external customers, third party payers and community agencies as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of experience working with payer quality improvement programs in a health care environment
- Or the equivalent in education and experience and one (1) year of supervisor experience required
- Demonstrated management expertise in planning, integrating and influencing professional staff
- Proficient in improvement and communication tools, such as MS Visio, Microsoft Office Products
- Proven communication skills and ability to interact with providers, payers and primary care operational leadership
- Highly organized with demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing needs
