Remote Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to manage a client set in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Categorizing bank feed transactions in Quickbooks Online, including troubleshooting and researching transactions
• Performing month-end journal entries and reconciliations
• Conducting month-end variance analysis and finalizing month-end books for assigned clients

Required Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
• Proficient in Excel
• Prior experience in the home care or elder care industry preferred
