Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounting duties related to payroll processing, including maintaining records and preparing tax reports
• Review financial results, prepare journal entries, and assist with monthly financial commentary
• Prepare and submit accurate payroll processing and resolve discrepancies with employees and managers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 years of payroll management experience
• Experience running payroll in a multi-state environment
• Strong background in payroll tax compliance and reporting
• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and analytical reporting
