Remote Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to support financial operations in a remote, part-time contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with outsourced financial accounting partners and oversee financial reporting activities
• Support FP&A team and senior management in analyzing operating results and financial trends
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with payroll tax filings and vendor payments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting role, including general accounting, payroll, and accounts payable
• Experience in finance and accounting within a healthcare services provider is preferred
• Proficient in accounting software, with experience in Rippling, Ramp, and QBO being a plus
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
