Remote Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Accountant - NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing processes for multiple clients
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and perform reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
• Lead client communications and support budget and forecasting activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
• 2+ years of experience using NetSuite Software
• Working knowledge of prepaids, accruals, and inventory
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Interest in utilizing 3rd party applications for enhanced efficiencies
