Remote Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Accountant - Acumatica.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing processes for multiple clients
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and conduct reconciliations
• Lead client calls and provide high levels of customer service while managing multiple client needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full charge bookkeeping
• 2+ years of experience using Acumatica Software
• Working knowledge of prepaids, accruals, and inventory
• Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Interest in utilizing 3rd party applications to enhance efficiencies
