Remote Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting a prominent client, the contract Remote Accountant will prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and oversee assigned accounting tasks while working fully remotely for a duration of 4 months with potential extensions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries and complex balance sheet reconciliations
• Review general ledger details and expenses to identify necessary adjustments
• Participate in the monthly general ledger close process and provide documentation for auditors

Required qualifications

• Experience in accounting, specifically with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Experience with SAP
• Background in GMP, Pharma, Biotech, or regulated industries is a plus
