Remote Accountant

Job Summary

To support multiple clients and achieve optimal work/life balance, the part-time or full-time Remote Accountant will provide exceptional accounting services, manage client relationships, and execute bookkeeping tasks remotely during traditional business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational services, ensuring client satisfaction
• Execute processes related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly financial reporting
• Participate in team meetings and embrace new technology to enhance client service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite
• Experience in a multi-client environment preferred
• Commitment to work during business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST)
