Job Summary

A digital marketing company is in need of a Remote Accountant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Recording all transactions to the ledger in Quickbooks Online
• Reconciling general ledger, journal entries, and bank statements
• Preparing and submitting annual and quarterly taxes to city, county, state, and federal authorities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• A Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance with a GPA of 3.0+
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an accounting capacity (preferred)
• The ability to manage the full accounting department by yourself for a small, growing tech company
• The ability to prepare the taxes at a local, state, and federal level for a small company
• Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Office (candidate will be tested prior to hiring)
