Job Summary
A financial software development company has a current position open for a Remote Accountant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Gathering, preparing, testing, and maintaining adequate documentation
- Interpreting GAAP accounting requirements
- Assisting database manager with preparation and analyses of monthly accrual data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-4 years relevant experience in accounting, purchasing, and/or accounts payable
- Strong experience with automated accounts payable and purchasing systems
- Understanding of concepts of accrual accounting
- Strong experience with Excel and Word
