Remote Accountant

Job Summary

A financial software development company has a current position open for a Remote Accountant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Gathering, preparing, testing, and maintaining adequate documentation
• Interpreting GAAP accounting requirements
• Assisting database manager with preparation and analyses of monthly accrual data

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 3-4 years relevant experience in accounting, purchasing, and/or accounts payable
• Strong experience with automated accounts payable and purchasing systems
• Understanding of concepts of accrual accounting
• Strong experience with Excel and Word
