Job Summary

A software development company. is seeking a Remote Accounting and Billing Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Completing monthly client billings and review accounts receivable for collections efforts
• Recording monthly revenue and deferred revenue entries for all revenue streams and entities
• Executing on any required invoice adjustments, credit memos, and re-issuances

Position Requirements Include:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or relevant experience
• Solid understanding of US GAAP
• Knowledge of internal control policies and procedures
• Experience with ERP solutions and business systems
