Remote Accounting and Finance Director

Job Summary

A medical device company has a current position open for a Remote Accounting and Finance Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead the annual external audit process
• Implement processes, frameworks, and systems to capture and utilize data across the business
• Build detailed forecasts of the company's future business results in order to keep our business leaders

Qualifications for this position include:

• A track record of building things from scratch, whether that be processes, reports, new roles, business units, or entire start-up
• Accounting experience in a growing company, business unit, or consulting
• An understanding of healthcare and comfort with the lingo and economics
• Experience building accounting structure, success metrics, dashboards/reports, and supporting processes
