Remote Accounting and Finance Manager

Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Accounting and Finance Manager.

Must be able to:

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements accounting close process
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Continually develop, expand, and improve month end close and financial reporting procedures

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• CPA required
• 3-6 years at a Big 4 Accounting Firm
• Technical knowledge of accounting particularly around topics inherent with technology companies
• Desire to create processes and procedures from scratch and oversee their successful deployment companywide
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact and interface with all levels of management
• Relentless attention to detail and accuracy
