• 12 years of accounting or financial experience
• 8 years of progressive responsibilities in management or supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
• Proven ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline
• Working knowledge of project management tools
• Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of multifunctional teams
