Job Summary
An edtech company is in need of a Remote Accounting and Financial Controller in Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that bank, merchant, and sales reconciliations are completed
- Issuing timely and complete financial statements
- Calculating and issuing financial and operating metrics
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Accounting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience
- Exceptional knowledge of accounting, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Audits, and GAAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in accounting software (QBO) and MS Excel
