Job Summary
A bookkeeping and accounting firm is filling a position for a Remote Accounting and Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a team of both bookkeepers, senior accountants and onboarding team
- Providing technical and social support to the team
- Performing bookkeeping services as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- Visit Burlington, VT twice a year for mandatory all hands on deck staff meeting
- Have experience managing a remote team
- Remote work experience
- Client facing skills
- Bachelors or Higher in Accounting or Accounting related field
- Quickbooks Certified along with experience in other cloud accounting apps
