Remote Accounting and Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

An investment firm is filling a position for a Remote Accounting and Payroll Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Processing semi-monthly payroll and any off-cycle payrolls
• Preparing annual 1099’s
• Preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations

Qualifications Include:

• 1-4 years of accounting and payroll experience
• Payroll processing and reconciliation experience
• Proficiency in MS Office/G Suite and accounting packages
• Knowledge of GAAP, including preparation of audited GAAP financial statements
