Job Summary
A marketing and advertising agency is filling a position for a Remote Accounting Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of company accounts
- Enter expenses into QB Online from bank, credit card, etc
- Assist staff with accounting needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 3 to 4 years of general accounting and administrative experience
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online (this is a must-have)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Interested in growing in an accounting or finance role
- Comfortable working remotely and on frequent video conference (daily)
- Must be a lifelong learner
