Job Summary
Seeking a Remote Accounting Associate with QuickBooks expertise, the full-time position involves managing accounts receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and supporting payroll processes for clients in a flexible remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely issuance of invoices and receipt of payments
- Performing monthly and weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Supporting the payroll process for clients, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the Accounting + Finance industry
- A degree in accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, particularly in accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
