Job Summary
An eCommerce branding company has a current position open for a Remote Accounting Clerk .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Posting customer payments by recording checks, ACH, and credit card transactions
- Posting revenues by verifying and entering transactions form deposits
- Verifying validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s in accounting or related field
- Basic understanding of budgeting; accounting strengths
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- High degree of accuracy with the ability to research, reconcile and resolve payment issues
