Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Accounting Controller.
Must be able to:
- Manage and grow a senior level accounting team
- Install and administer a controls framework and mindset
- Interpret and implement new accounting pronouncements and SEC reporting requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in accounting
- Controllership / reporting experience at publicly traded companies
- Statutory and GAAP technical knowledge
- IPO experience
- Insurance industry experience
- Enterprise general ledger implementation experience
