Job Summary

An artificial intelligence company is seeking a Remote Accounting Controller.

Must be able to:

• Manage, coordinate with, and oversee third party fund administrator
• Ensure accounting and reporting functions are consistent with partnership agreements and side letters
• Maintain accurate investor contact database

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Knowledge in term sheets, cap tables, legal documents, and venture capital / private equity terms
• High standard of personal and professional integrity
• Excellent oral communications and presentation skills
