Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Accounting Customer Success Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and iterating on the Support and Onboarding process for Accounting product
- Utilizing your Accounting knowledge to understand use cases
- Being the voice of the Customer to advocate for Accounting product enhancements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Able to quickly analyze issues and determine best course of action using available resources
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
