• Analyzing and review financial information prior to submitting to external departments and parties
• Writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years accounting experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Certified Public Accountant designation
• Merger and acquisition experience
• FDCIA and SOX experience
