Job Summary
An HR outsourcing and finance company is in need of a Remote Accounting Management Solutions Analyst II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Interfacing with the client to understand the client’s overall objectives and requirement
- Adhering to ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions
- Testing and documenting the recommended solution to create a repeatable process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Accounting or relevant work experience required
- 1 - 3 years’ experience within Application Management Services, Professional Services or Industry (e.g. Payroll/ Human Resources)
- Technical/Functional support of known ERP system or technical support of other systems functionality including configuration/set-up
- Experience in managing client relationships
- Possess intermediate/ advanced level Excel skills
