Remote Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager, US Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate financial statements
• Own revenue accounting for subscription and usage-based SaaS models, managing deferred revenue schedules
• Evaluate and enhance accounting workflows, assist with system implementation, and prepare audit schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• 5-8+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606) and subscription billing
• Experience with modern accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite)
• Proven ability to manage and improve processes in a fast-paced environment
