Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial activities for a non-profit organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of vendor invoices, staff reimbursements, and billings for various agreements
• Lead grant-related financial activities, ensuring compliance with donor restrictions and regulatory requirements
• Execute journal entries, maintain fixed assets, and assist in preparing monthly financial statements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related nonprofit and grant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Intacct; experience in Bill.com is preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
