Job Summary

A virtual, outsourced accounting firm has a current position open for a Remote Accounting Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Onboard clients by doing financial cleanups and understanding all aspects of their financial accounts, including A/R, A/P, Payroll, Bill Pay, etc.
• Train and manage a team of bookkeepers
• Attend weekly manager meetings

Qualifications for this position include:

• Understand and analyze financial statements
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Xero
• Ability to build and lead a team of bookkeepers
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office suite knowledge
