Job Summary
A business management and consulting firm is seeking a Remote Accounting Manager.
Must be able to:
- Maintain the integrity of the financial systems and the maintenance of accounts and records
- Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of employees with the allocation of costs
- Review and approve journal entries ensuring compliance
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 8+ years accounting experience in a multi-business environment
- 5+ prior supervisory experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area
- Experience working with various accounting systems
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Contract Audit Agency and Federal Travel Regulations
- Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
