Remote Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Accounting Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building month-end and year-end close processes
• Refining and taking ownership on day-to-day accounting operations
• Researching, implementing, and enforcing new accounting systems

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in General Accounting from small to medium size companies
• 2+ years in a management role
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Experience implementing accounting systems and building accounting reporting processes
• Advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills
