Job Summary
A financial solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounting Manager and Controller.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing and validating technical research on accounting issues
- Leading the implementation of U.S. GAAP accounting standards
- Managing the preparation of monthly financial reporting
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-5 years of audit/public accounting experience
- Or 2-3 years of audit/public accounting experience and 2-3 years of startup/operating experience
- Ability to effectively present information to various levels of an organization
- Strong technical background and understanding of GAAP
- Experience in the technology and/or consumer finance industry
