Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounting Manger in Danbury.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting with implementation of new controls and processes with regard to new accounting standards
• Assisting with the preparation of SEC filings (10Q's, 10K's and 8K's)
• Researching accounting for transactions and documentation as needed

Required Skills:

• Partially remote
• Minimum of 4 years of finance/accounting experience in a Public Accounting firm required.
• BS in Accounting required
