Job Summary
An outsourced finance, accounting, and HR services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounting Operations Implementation Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the expert by collaborating with clients to figure out the best financial processes and utilization of accounting software systems, while prioritizing standardization
- Support clients by answering questions, tracking issues, and resolving problems that may arise
- Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting, financial services, or data analysis
- Proven high technical ability and experience working within multiple accounting software platforms, payment management systems, and workflow management tools
- Proven highly organized individual with strong project management and process orientation
- Ability to lead implementation calls and answer client questions in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to follow established implementation standards
- Ability to assist with the development and implementation of new or improved service delivery strategies and initiatives
