A company that provides expert outsourced bookkeeping services has an open position for a Remote Accounting Operations Manager in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients.
• Managing the hiring process for remote accountants
• Scheduling and leading annual performance reviews in accordance with defined process

Required Skills:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 10 years of related accounting experience with 4 years of hands-on management experience
• Capacity and commitment to work up to 35 hours a week, Monday through Friday
• Proven ability to attract, build and retain a high-performance team
• Experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity
• Confidence in learning and embracing new technology
