Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Accounting Operations Manager in Los Angeles.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide full cycle accounting and operational service to multiple clients in a variety of industries
- Lead a team providing a range of customized services to multiple clients
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 10 years of progressive accounting and finance, with 4 years of hands-on management experience
- Capacity and commitment to work 20-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Proven ability to attract, build and retain a high-performance team
- Experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing
- Commitment to consistently follow established Supporting Strategies policies and procedures
