Job Summary
Aan outsourced finance, accounting, and HR services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Accounting Operations Multi-Client Success Manager in St. Louis.
Must be able to:
- Oversee and support implementation of new accounts meeting time, budget and client requirements
- Build and nurture trusting relationships by maintaining professional and reliable communications
- Meet with clients regularly to discuss and analysis financial results, offer new services, streamline processes, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience working in a multi-client, service delivery environment
- At least 5 years experience in bookkeeping, financial management, and/or general ledger accounting
- Account management experience with clients ranging from $1m to $20m in revenues
- Open, coachable, curious
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized, prioritizing efficiency and productivity
