Job Summary
An accounting and consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Accounting Security Operations Center and IT Audit Risk Assurance Associate II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing SOC audits, along with ITGCs support, HITRUST attestations, cybersecurity assessments and ISO assessments
- Exercising professional skepticism in the critical assessment of audit evidence
- Identifying, assessing, and documenting controls and weaknesses in client information management systems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or related field
- 1+ years Public Accounting experience, with some exposure to SOC, HITRUST or ISO engagements
- Ability to identify internal control deficiencies
- Ability to then document management letter comments for purposes of communicating deficiencies and weaknesses to clients
- Demonstrate knowledge or interest in information technology
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Engagement
