Job Summary
A business services company is seeking a Remote Accounting Services Manager.
Must be able to:
- Train and coach a team of accountants working remotely
- Maintain profit margin for assigned clients and team
- Build trusted advisor relationship with client executives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 10 years of related accounting experience
- 4 years of hands-on management experience
- Experience in developing strong remote team relationships
- Must able to embrace new technology including QuickBooks, Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
