A bookkeeping and human resources services company has a current position open for a Remote Accounting Services Manager in Allentown.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Training and coaching a team of accountants working remotely in a cloud-based environment
- Balancing workflow by aligning client’s needs with accountants’ expertise and capacity
- Reviewing accountants’ work to ensure the highest quality service to our clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 10 years of related accounting experience with 4 years of hands-on management experience
- Experience in developing strong remote team relationships
- Superior relationship building skills and account management experience
- Confidence in learning and embracing new technology
- Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
