Job Summary
A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services has an open position for a Remote Accounting Services Manager in Los Angeles.
Must be able to:
- Review accountants’ work to ensure the highest quality service to our clients
- Train and coach a team of accountants working
- Maintain profit margin for assigned clients and team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10 years of related accounting experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Availability to work up to 35 hours a week during daytime business hours
- Experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices
